Terms of Use
Last updated November 8, 2026
These are the rules for using this website, including the live demo. We kept them short and in plain English. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Who we are
“Hire the Machines,” “we” and “us” mean Hire the Machines, a registered trade name. “You” means anyone using hirethemachines.com. Our contact details are at the bottom of this page.
Using the site
You can read, browse and use the site to learn about our work and to get in touch with us. Please use it the way it’s meant to be used, and don’t do anything that gets in the way of other people using it.
The live demo
The box on the home page sends your one line about your business to AI models and shows you what they come back with. Please know:
- The answers are AI-generated examples. They show how the machines work. They are not advice for your business, and they are not a plan or a quote.
- No guarantees. AI can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, even when it sounds sure. Don’t rely on an answer without checking it yourself.
- Don’t put anything confidential in the box. No passwords, customer names, financials, health information or anything else you wouldn’t want shared. What you type goes to Anthropic, OpenAI and xAI to generate the answers. Our Privacy page explains what we keep and for how long.
- It has limits. There’s a cap on how many runs each visitor and the whole site get per day. We can change, pause or turn off the demo at any time.
Fair use
When you use the site or the demo, please don’t:
- break the law, or use the site to harm, harass or mislead anyone
- try to get around the demo’s limits, or hit it with bots, scripts or scrapers
- try to get the AI models to produce harmful, hateful or illegal content
- try to break into, overload or interfere with the site or the systems behind it
- pretend to be someone else when you contact us
If you do, we can block your access.

Paid work, including the Audit, is covered by its own terms. See our Free Audit terms.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top. If you keep using the site after that, the new terms apply.
